Job Description

This role can be based in either Berlin or Munich.

As a Product Manager for Mobile Apps, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our mobile platforms. It requires a blend of organizational talent and the ability to elevate the mobile user experience by collaborating with various teams, roles and stakeholders across our whole product and engineering organisation.

Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and develop our native iOS and Android mobile applications, with a focus on optimizing the user experience.
  • Lead a mobile app team, manage the roadmap, and oversee agile processes.
  • Serve as the product expert and champion for mobile platforms, highlighting their importance within the organization.
  • Synchronize priorities, timelines, and implementations with internal stakeholders and teams across both B2C and B2B features.
  • Collaborate with designers and domain experts to craft exceptional UI and UX, ensuring intuitive and engaging user experiences.
  • Work hand-in-hand with marketing, other mobile and feature teams to orchestrate and execute our regular mobile app releases.
  • Leverage customer data, competitive analysis, and user feedback to align mobile apps with user needs and expectations.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in agile product development, with the ability to adapt and deliver in dynamic environments.
  • Passion for digital products and a strong desire to enhance users' financial well-being through digital innovation.
  • Talent in and ability to effectively prioritize individual and team tasks, timelines, and roadmaps, and identify and manage dependencies both within and across teams.
  • An hands-on approach and the ability to take ownership of the product development process from ideation to UX prototyping and design.
  • Ability to communicate in a clear, and concise manner, tailored to diverse audiences, including engineers, stakeholders, and executives in English; German is a plus but not required.
  • Good understanding of native iOS and Android mobile app development, mobile industry trends, and best practices.
  • Proficiency with (native) mobile functionalities like push notifications, extensions, and universal links is expected
  • Familiarity with agile tools and concepts such as User Stories, Jira, Confluence and Figma to facilitate development.
