The Senior Product Manager will identify product-market fit, design user experiences, and lead product initiatives in an innovative startup environment.

At Kineto, we believe the creative economy will reach $3 trillion by 2035 (15 times its current value). Millions of creators are already building audiences and businesses online – but most still can’t easily turn their ideas into real digital products.

Kineto is developing a truly no-code platform to change that.

Creators can generate fully functional web applications that are automatically deployed and ready to share – without ever seeing code. Our goal is simple: Enable creators with little or no technical background to launch products and start earning in minutes, all with just the chat window

Our team consists of 20 builders with ambitious goals. We value unconventional approaches to problem-solving and are quick to give people full ownership and autonomy.

We’re now looking for an exceptional Product Manager to partner with our Head of Product and help us discover our product-market fit. This role is for someone who enjoys moving fast, working in ambiguity, and building products in markets that don’t yet exist.

As part of our team, you will:
  • Work across product, growth, and strategy – whatever helps us find product-market fit.
  • Generate and test product and growth hypotheses at high speed.
  • Talk constantly with our users – creators around the world building content and businesses.
  • Design unique user experiences in a category that is still being invented – there’s no playbook and no one to copy.
  • Take full ownership of a major product area, from user value to product metrics.
  • Launch experiments, features, and improvements that are reflected in real numbers.

At a startup like ours, everyone wears multiple hats. The best ideas win, regardless of role.

We’ll be thrilled to bring you on board if you:
  • Have 3 or more years of experience as a Product Manager working on mobile apps.
  • Have shipped at least two iOS applications and possess a strong command of Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines and App Store product standards.
  • Have worked on B2C products with 100k+ users.
  • Have experience building viral, engaging, or highly shareable features.
  • Understand how to find and grow an audience for product features.
  • Understand the creator/influencer economy
(or have 5k+ followers on at least one social platform yourself).
  • Move fast and independently.
  • Are curious, thoughtful, and passionate about products.
Bonus points if you:
  • Have startup experience as a Product Manager or founder.
  • Have experience with AI products, creator tools, or no-code platforms.
