Partners with engineering and leadership on data strategy, infrastructure, machine learning capabilities, privacy, security, and responsible data use.

Leads JetBrains’ global external communications and PR strategy, strengthening reputation, expanding US visibility, developing thought leadership and spokespersons, managing crisis communications, and building the company’s PR operating model. Oversees distributed teams, agencies, budgets, media relationships, strategic narratives, playbooks, editorial calendars, and perception studies across regions.

Own the full software development lifecycle for JetBrains identity and access services. Develop and operate reliable Kotlin-based services, with some Go, supporting authentication, authorization, organizations, memberships, groups, and workspaces. Design new platform features, improve existing production systems, review code, manage integrations, and address JVM and PostgreSQL performance in distributed, multi-tenant SaaS environments.

Define mid- and long-term strategy for JetBrains products targeting JavaScript/TypeScript developers. Align product direction, GTM, and partnerships with web ecosystem trends, coordinate cross-functional teams, set engineering and QA priorities, represent the company externally, and drive new product directions where niches are unmet.

Develop and ship features for Junie across CLI and model integrations, experiment with model setups and ensembling for cost-quality tradeoffs, build and test autonomous agent behaviors for long-term maintenance, and own projects from research to production while using Junie daily to iterate on quality and UX.
