As a Research Engineer, you will develop evaluation tools for AI coding agents, analyze failures, and improve Kotlin code generation techniques. You'll also build public benchmarks for agent performance and maintain evaluation infrastructure.

Lead pre-training and mid-training experiments for code-centric foundation models. Build large-scale data pipelines, handle code corpora and execution-based data, develop repository-level evaluations, and collaborate with researchers and engineers to improve model understanding of software systems.

Lead design and delivery of AI-powered features for CLion and C++ workflows. Architect AI integrations and agent tools, prototype and validate debugging, code-understanding, refactoring, and navigation workflows, build benchmarks and evaluation frameworks, and collaborate with product, ML, QA, and engineering teams to set technical direction and roadmap for AI-assisted C++ development.
