Summary

This role is critical to delivering end‑to‑end transformation of Supply Chain & Logistics technology across M&S International, enabling growth, resilience, and operational excellence.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will set the strategic direction for business‑critical platforms across distribution and fulfilment, acting as the voice of the customer and colleague. You will define a clear product vision and roadmap to drive volume growth, automation, and efficiency.

Working closely with Engineering, Architecture, and Supply Chain leadership, you will prioritise investment to maximise operational value and deliver viable, usable solutions. You will also play a key role in advancing Product Management maturity through leadership, coaching, and thought leadership.

 

What you'll do

  • Define and communicate the long-term product vision and roadmap for International Supply Chain & Logistics systems, ensuring alignment with business strategy and leadership priorities. 

  • Lead the delivery of complex, high-impact products, balancing transformation, operational efficiency, risk, resilience, and technical health to drive measurable value. 

  • Collaborate across the supply chain technology landscape to ensure effective integration, while supporting live services, DevOps practices, and continuous improvement. 

  • Establish and track product success through KPIs and OKRs, using data-driven insights to guide optimisation, automation, and future capability development. 

  • Provide leadership and mentorship within the Product Management community, while championing modern, product-led delivery approaches in operational technology.

 

Who you are

  • Extensive Product Management experience delivering enterprise-scale platforms, with a strong track record in defining strategic roadmaps and influencing senior stakeholders. 

  • Deep expertise in Transport, Carrier, Customs, and Warehouse Management Systems within complex, high-volume operational environments. 

  • Strong understanding of warehouse and distribution operations, ideally within international retail or multi-channel supply chains. 

  • Proven experience working in DevOps or always-on environments, with the ability to support operational continuity and large-scale transformation programmes. 

  • Exposure to global supply chain challenges, including customs management, with the ability to navigate and solve complex international logistics issues.
