About the role

As a senior product manager, you are responsible for the product strategy & implementation of a product domain. You will own the product roadmap for our embedded financial services and work hand-in-hand with our UX designers and engineers to deliver a world-class payment experience for the Horizons platform. You will bring our current payment infrastructure to a new level, improving current payment flows (e.g., for payroll) as well as introduce new sources of revenue e.g., by monetizing our client’s expense management.

What this job offers

  • Gain a deep understanding of our payment infrastructure by talking to internal and external stakeholders and analyzing quantitative data.
  • Analyse market trends and make build-or-buy decisions to bring new solutions rapidly into the hands of our customers.
  • Pitch the payments roadmap you’ve developed to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work with our design experts to create a seamless UX for payments.
  • Accompany the delivery of the future, closely working with our engineering teams.
  • Be excited about the output and motivate others to bring the result to market.
  • Be constantly on the lookout for improvements and iterate what you’ve built based on qualitative and quantitative feedback.

What you bring

  • 5+ years in product management or engineering.
  • Worked in a scale-up or mid-market SaaS company.
  • Understands the intricacies of global payments with a special focus on HR related payments (e.g., payroll, expenses).
  • Has experience in business models with multiple revenue streams (e.g., seat based, transaction based etc.).
  • Has experience working with a 3rd party payment platform (e.g., Airwallex, Stripe etc.).
  • Experience in successfully having launched a new product that generated significant revenue to the business.
  • Experience introducing new revenue streams (e.g., transaction-based pricing on top of agent model...etc.) – a bonus.
  • Previous experience in implementing Airwallex or Stripe in a former job - a bonus.
