We’re reinventing payments. In less than four years, Dojo disrupted the market to become the largest and most loved acquirer in the UK. Our payments infrastructure, purpose-built for in-person commerce, is game changing.

Now, over 150,000 customers across four countries choose to transact billions with us every year. But we’re just getting started.

Our people are the driving force behind our success. They are our greatest investment and our ultimate competitive advantage. We hire exceptional people and give them the autonomy, trust, and ownership to thrive. The results take care of themselves.

The role

As a Senior Product Manager in our Customer Experience team, you'll play a central role in defining and delivering Dojo’s finance proposition, helping businesses manage and master their cash flow with ease. You will drive the vision and roadmap for key products—including MCA Funding, Card solutions, and customer journeys across Reconciliation, Billing, and Settlement.

Partnering closely with the Finance General Manager, Head of Product, and teams across Product, Marketing, Commercial, and Customer Service, you'll lead a dedicated cross-functional squad to build intuitive financial tools. If you’re excited to turn complex financial workflows into effortless experiences that drive revenue, adoption, and customer engagement, this is the place to make it happen.

What you will do...

  • Own, shape, and maintain the product roadmap and user journeys, measuring success criteria that deliver clear value for our customers and Dojo.
  • Partner with the General Manager to translate overarching strategy into high-impact squad outcomes and milestones.
  • Lead a multidisciplinary squad of engineers and designers, collaborating closely with data and product marketing peers.
  • Collaborate with product partners to align technology roadmaps and enhance our shared value proposition.
  • Conduct user and competitor research, market analysis, and willingness-to-pay studies to guide strategic product decisions.
  • Engage and influence cross-functional stakeholders to deliver a unified, seamless finance experience.

What you will bring...

  • Demonstrated product management experience delivering B2B finance products, particularly lending, spend management, or business banking.
  • Proven skill in balancing customer needs with commercial outcomes when defining product strategy and roadmaps.
  • Data- and evidence-driven mindset for prioritisation and user behaviour, including hands-on use of analytics platforms like Amplitude.
  • Proven track record partnering with senior leaders to translate strategic vision into actionable execution.
  • Facilitative, empathetic leadership style that secures squad buy-in while taking clear ownership of critical decisions.
  • Comfort navigating both iterative agile delivery and milestone releases, paired with an eagerness to learn and experiment in a supportive environment.

Dojo home and away

We believe our best work happens when we collaborate in-person. These “together days” foster communication, drive innovation and spark our brightest ideas.

That's why we have an office-first culture. This means working from the office 4+ days per week.

With offices across Europe, we know a thing or two about staying dynamic. Need deep focus? Head to a quiet zone. Big ideas? Collaboration spaces have you covered. Just here for a catch-up? Our social hubs make it easy. Do work that counts, in spaces made for you.

Question: what’s curious, relentless, and customer obsessed?

If you’re keen to know the answer, you’re a third of the way to meeting our Dojo values.

If the following speak to you, let’s talk:

You’re curious. You have a real desire to learn and create.

You’re relentless. You keep going even when it’s easier not to.

You’re customer-obsessed. You know how important customers are to what you do.
