The landscape of identity verification is always evolving. On the horizon are new methods of identification using digital credentials. Entrust is looking towards the future of simplified and secure digital onboarding for all. The Senior Product Manager for Digital Identity is a forward-looking individual ready to push the market towards a secure and privacy-centric future. You will own the product portfolio for verification solutions using electronic IDs, mobile Drivers Licenses, government databases, Verifiable Credentials and digital wallets. You will not only be designing and bringing these products to market, but also working with clients to push this digital future in a secure and compliant way across the many countries in which Entrust operates. 

Responsibilities: 

As the Digital Identity Product Manager you will: 

  • Craft and own Onfido’s Digital Identity strategy and its execution 

  • Perform market research across available markets to prioritize work on digital identity schemes. 

  • Research and analyse best practices for KYC/IDV compliance across the world and work alongside a variety of stakeholders to weave these learnings into the Entrust Digital ID product roadmap. 

  • Work with a multi-disciplinary team to execute and deliver on the digital identity product roadmap. 

  • Select and evaluate the best identity providers and vendors to partner with, working in a cross-functional team across legal, procurement, engineering and other product managers to onboard vendors. 

  • Work alongside Product Marketing, Growth and Customer Success to make your product vision into a go-to-market strategy and launch products. 

Requirements: 

Essential Requirements 

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in identity verification, KYC,  IAM or similar field. 

  • Demonstrated experience managing vendor relationships and integrations. 

  • Strong stakeholder management skills at all business levels 

  • Ownership of a product portfolio, addressing feedback, requests, improvements and product direction. 

  • Confident building business cases for new initiatives to present to executives and owning the commercial success of products you manage. 

  • Experience managing end to end Partnerships 

  • Must be able to lawfully work in UK, France, Germany, the Netherlands or Portugal 

Preferred Requirements: 

  • Experience building solutions towards digital identity standards (e.g. Verifiable Credentials) 

  • Degree in Computer Science or similar field 

  • Experience with eID, mDL and government identity database integrations 

  • Experience working in Financial Services or another highly regulated industry
