As a Product Manager for Workiva Carbon, you will play a vital role in shaping our carbon accounting SaaS platform and driving its success. Workiva Carbon centralizes companies’ carbon accounting, carbon management, and decarbonization programs, allowing them to calculate their carbon footprint, set science-based targets, and simplify climate disclosures.
What You’ll Do

Collaborate with sustainability, design, and engineering teams to conceptualize, build, and maintain the features that power our carbon management platform

Acquire a deep expertise of our product, customers, and market landscape

Gather and consider feedback from a range of existing customers on whether new enhancements/ features/solutions will address their needs

Document key use cases and personas to help the team understand the problems

Create story maps, roadmaps and other artifacts to provide context and direction to product teams and other stakeholders

Work closely with design to make sure features are usable and intuitive for our customers

Work closely with engineering teams to ensure solution feasibility

Define priority of outcomes, clarify customer needs, and work with engineering to set deadlines for milestones

Manage the product development process, including grooming new features and bugs, UAT testing, and coordinating feature launches

Collaborate with the customer & partner experience team and support teams to triage customer inquiries and address operational issues

Manage relationships with other internal stakeholders including product marketing, pre-sales, and post-sales teams
What You'll Need
Minimum Qualifications

Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field
-
4 years of related experience in Product Management or related
Preferred Qualifications

Demonstrated competency in product discovery and development practices

Experience in enterprise software, especially complex, data-intensive digital products

Experience delivering software in an agile development environment

Ability to influence and inspire across multiple teams and job functions

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong analytical, problem solving, and prioritization skills

High level of self-initiative with ability to proactively drive work
Travel Requirements & Working Conditions

15% travel for customer and internal meetings

Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely and not in a Workiva office
