At Compare the Market, we're a purpose-driven business powered by tech and AI. We're building high-performing, results-driven teams with the skills, mindset and ambition to deliver outcomes at pace. Every role here plays a part in driving our mission forward, and we create an environment where you can bring your authentic self, grow a truly characterful career and see the direct impact of your work on the lives of our customers.

We've carved a meerkat-shaped niche and we're looking for ambitious, curious thinkers who thrive in a fast-moving, high-impact environment. If you love accountability, embrace challenge and want to make a real difference, you'll fit right in.

We’d love you to be part of our journey

We're looking for a technically minded Senior Product Manager to help shape how we use data, technology and AI to understand our customers and create more intelligent, relevant experiences.

Working within Customer Intelligence, you'll operate at the intersection of Product, Data and Technology.

You'll take complex customer and data opportunities, turn them into a clear product direction and lead delivery through ambiguity. This role needs someone who can think strategically while remaining close enough to the detail to make informed decisions and get things delivered.

What you'll be doing

  • Shape the product strategy and roadmap for customer intelligence capabilities, connecting data and technology opportunities to meaningful customer and business outcomes.

  • Work closely with Data, Engineering and other specialist teams to turn complex technical concepts into clear product priorities.

  • Identify opportunities to use trusted customer data, AI and emerging technologies to improve how we understand and support our customers.

  • Use data, insight and experimentation to test assumptions, prioritise opportunities and measure the value delivered.

  • Lead complex product initiatives from discovery through to delivery and optimisation, making confident decisions where the answer is not already known.

  • Navigate dependencies, technical trade-offs and data considerations while keeping teams focused on customer and commercial value.

  • Influence senior stakeholders and bring different perspectives together around a clear product direction.

  • Support high standards of product craft through coaching, mentoring and the sharing of best practice.

What we're looking for

  • Strong Senior Product Manager experience within a data-rich, technically complex or digital product environment.

  • Experience building products or capabilities involving customer data, data platforms, identity, personalisation, analytics, AI or related technologies.

  • Sufficient technical understanding to work credibly with Data and Engineering teams, challenge thinking and make informed product trade-offs.

  • A strong data-led approach, with evidence of turning insight into product decisions and measurable outcomes.

  • Experience shaping a product strategy and roadmap where the opportunity or route forward was initially ambiguous.

  • The independence and accountability to take ownership of a complex area, establish direction and maintain momentum.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to make technical or data-related opportunities understandable to different audiences.

  • Commercial awareness and the ability to connect technical investment to customer value and wider business outcomes.

  • A hands-on approach, combining strategic thinking with the willingness to get into the detail and drive delivery.

  • We're open to people from FinTech, insurance, marketplaces and other strong digital product environments. Exact sector experience is less important than your ability to lead technically complex, data-driven products and deliver meaningful outcomes.

Why Compare the Market?

We're a business built for pace and performance. Here, you'll be encouraged to think differently, act boldly and deliver brilliantly in a culture that values results and rewards progress.

We believe diverse teams make better decisions, and we're committed to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone feels empowered to grow, contribute and thrive.

If you're ready to stretch yourself, raise the bar and grow with a team that's serious about performance, innovation and purpose, we'd love to hear from you.
