    • Lead discovery and ideation to identify player needs, team pain points, and opportunities to evolve CRM, while leading a cross-functional product area with dedicated software engineering resources
    • Provide clear product direction, priorities, requirements, and success criteria to guide execution, and own delivery outcomes from discovery and prioritisation through development, launch, measurement, and iteration
    • Evolve CRM capabilities including personalisation, automation, segmentation, decisioning, orchestration, and dynamic content

Performance and Continuous Improvement

  • Product experience in gaming is strongly preferred; experience in entertainment or mobile apps is also relevant
  • Strong understanding of player lifecycle and contact strategy
  • Analytical mindset and confidence using data to identify opportunities and guide decisions
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and comfort working in a fast-paced environment
  • A player-first mindset and a drive to keep improving product and communication strategies

Bonus Points

  • Hands-on experience with Braze or a similar marketing automation platform
  • Experience with tools such as Looker
  • Experience with live-service, casual, or social games
