Leads slate operations across games in development, managing organizational cadence, cross-functional alignment, game development framework governance, investment tracking, launch readiness, playtesting, and operational support. Partners with game teams, executives, finance, strategy, marketing, and corporate functions to resolve dependencies, improve processes, inform decisions, and keep projects moving from concept through launch. Also owns a major operational improvement initiative and uses AI-enabled dashboards and reporting to improve information flow.

Develop and optimize real-time mobile rendering features (Vulkan/Metal), write and optimize shaders, implement GPU-driven geometry and culling, profile GPU/CPU performance, collaborate with engine and content teams to meet cross-platform visual and performance goals.

The Senior Platform Engineer will enhance reliability, performance, and scalability of systems, improve operational excellence, and automate processes. Responsibilities include incident management, observability solutions, cost optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.
