Own end-to-end production for mobile live-service game workstreams, from planning and development through QA, release, and post-launch support. Coordinate cross-functional teams, dependencies, schedules, risks, change requests, and prioritization across global hubs. Maintain production systems, facilitate milestone and planning meetings, communicate delivery status, and partner with Live Operations to improve player experiences and development workflows.

Develop and manage creative marketing assets for game launches and live operations, including static, video, and social media content. Coordinate briefs, production, stakeholders, vendors, feedback, and delivery while maintaining consistent brand identity and visual quality. Create concepts and mockups, monitor competitor and market trends, and optimize creative workflows using data and feedback.

Lead combat design and balance across PvE, PvP, and co-op for a live F2P MMO. Model challenge, progression, and economics with spreadsheets, collaborate cross-functionally to ship and iterate features, evaluate performance via data and playtests, design for long-term scalability, and mentor junior designers.
