Lead combat design and balance across PvE, PvP, and co-op for a live F2P MMO. Model challenge, progression, and economics with spreadsheets, collaborate cross-functionally to ship and iterate features, evaluate performance via data and playtests, design for long-term scalability, and mentor junior designers.

Partner with game GMs and cross-functional teams to own end-to-end financial modeling, forecasting, KPI reporting, and portfolio-level decision support. Lead process improvements, automation projects, and present recommendations to senior leadership while managing recurring monthly and quarterly deliverables.

Lead product marketing for Star Trek Fleet Command: develop positioning, go-to-market strategy, messaging frameworks, and launch readiness. Coordinate cross-functional teams, guide creative, measure adoption, iterate on player-facing narratives, and manage a small Product Marketing team to improve launch quality and player engagement.
