How corporates experience MarTrust — and how money moves on their behalf — is at the heart of what we do. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the strategy, economics, and delivery of our corporate experience and B2B payments proposition end-to-end. You’ll own how corporate customers transact through MarTrust: the platform they use, the payment rails their money travels on, the integrations into their finance stack, and the treasury tools that make their cash work harder.

Job Responsibilities:

This role owns one of the company’s most critical and commercially impactful product domains. You’ll lead the strategy, economics, and execution of our corporate experience and B2B payments proposition end-to-end, shaping how customers transact, how the platform scales, and how the business generates sustainable revenue. It’s a senior product leadership role with real ownership, high visibility, and direct influence on customer outcomes and company performance.

Own the corporate experience and B2B payments domain end-to-end

  • Take responsibility for the corporate platform and B2B payments product strategy, roadmap, and outcomes — from day-to-day reliability of payouts, balances, and reconciliation to longer-term improvements in customer experience, integrations, and unit economics.

Turn problems into clear product decisions

  • Work from customer needs, operational realities, and commercial constraints to define problems clearly, explore options, and make trade-offs that balance experience, risk, cost, and scale.

Partner closely with engineering

  • Work with engineers to design and deliver corporate platform and payments functionality that is resilient, scalable, and easy to operate. Break complex initiatives into small, testable changes that can be shipped safely.

Improve how B2B payments perform at scale

  • Use data to identify and prioritise improvements across payment success rates, settlement speed, FX margin, corridor coverage, vendor and supplier onboarding, reconciliation, and operating cost. Focus on steady, measurable gains rather than big-bang releases.

Work across risk, compliance, and operations

  • Collaborate with risk, compliance, treasury, and operations teams to ensure corporate and payment products meet regulatory and scheme requirements, and that controls are proportionate and well understood.

Own outcomes in production

  • Take responsibility for how the corporate platform and payments behave in the real world. Support incident response, learn from issues, and drive changes that reduce repeat problems over time.

Set direction and priorities

  • Define clear goals and success measures for the corporate experience and B2B payments domain. Maintain a roadmap that reflects customer impact, business value, and delivery capacity — and update it as you learn.

Be a trusted point of reference

  • Act as a knowledgeable, pragmatic voice on corporate payments and platform topics across the company, helping teams understand constraints, trade-offs, and opportunities without over-complicating things.

What Success Looks Like

  • Clear and compelling product vision and strategy with measurable outcomes
  • Measurable commercial impact helping grow MarTrust’s scale and profitability
  • Corporate platform and payment products that are reliable, scalable, and trusted by corporates, suppliers, and crew
  • Strong cross-functional alignment and predictable delivery
  • Continuous improvement of payment performance, integration coverage, and customer experience

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Strong grounding in analytical thinking, systems design, or technical disciplines
  • Formal product management training is beneficial but not required
  • 5+ years total experience in product management or closely related roles
  • 3+ years owning or significantly contributing to B2B payments, corporate banking/payroll platforms, or treasury products in a fintech, bank, or payments platform
  • Experience working with payment rails and providers (e.g. SWIFT, SEPA, FPS, Wise, Nium, Thunes), banking partners, and ERP or finance system integrations
  • Proven track record of shipping complex, regulated products in high-scale environments
  • Experience operating in cross-functional product teams (engineering, design, data, ops, compliance, treasury)

Skills & Knowledge

Corporate Experience (essential)

  • Experience designing and shipping products for corporate customers and B2B users — finance, treasury, payroll, AP / AR, and operations teams
  • Working knowledge of payroll systems, ERPs, and finance system integrations (e.g. NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, banking and treasury aggregators)
  • Comfortable navigating enterprise buying, security review, change management, and rollout to corporate clients

B2B Payments & Economics

  • Solid understanding of corporate payment flows and economics — payouts, batches, vendor and supplier payments, FX margin, settlement, and processing costs ·
  • Working knowledge of payment scheme rules (SWIFT, SEPA, FPS, local instant rails) and the regulatory, safeguarding, sanctions, and AML / KYB requirements that shape product design

Product Leadership

  • Experience owning a complex product area with commercial responsibility
  • Ability to set a clear direction, prioritise effectively, and communicate decisions · Comfortable working with ambiguity and making informed trade-offs

Execution & Data

  • Experience working closely with engineering on reliable, high-volume systems
  • Experience building products on top of legacy systems and leading complex migrations from legacy to modern platforms with minimal customer disruption
  • Strong delivery discipline in production and regulated environments · Confident using data and metrics to guide decisions and measure impact

Nice to have

  • Hands-on work with payment orchestration providers, treasury platforms, or FX hedging products
  • Experience with API-first / platform products serving corporate or developer audiences
  • Experience improving payment or platform economics at scale or supporting other PM

Benefits

What You’ll Gain

  • Exposure to strategic, monetization, and commercial product development.
  • Mentorship from experienced product and growth leaders.
  • The opportunity to see the full product lifecycle, from discovery to revenue impact.
  • The chance to make a measurable impact on business and customer KPIs.
