Senior people-partnering role embedded in a business domain to deliver talent strategy, organisation design, capability building, talent management, succession planning, and cross-functional people initiatives. Partner with CoEs, People Operations, Talent Acquisition and Reward to align workforce planning, skills taxonomy, career frameworks and employee value proposition while advising senior leaders and ensuring compliance.
