Lead Marcura's global tax strategy and compliance across multiple jurisdictions. Advise CFO and senior leaders on structuring, M&A, group rationalisation, UAE/UK tax positions, transfer pricing, IFRS tax provisions, indirect tax oversight, and build a high-performing in-house tax function while managing external advisers and tax risk reporting.

Lead strategy, economics, and delivery of corporate experience and B2B payments end-to-end. Define roadmap, partner with engineering, risk, compliance and ops, improve payments performance, own production outcomes, and drive commercial impact and reliable, scalable corporate payment products.

Lead the dry docking, inspections, and vessel technical projects product area: define vision and roadmap, capture and surface technical project data, expand partner integrations and automation, collaborate with engineering and commercial teams, measure adoption, and champion AI-driven automation to simplify maritime workflows across the Marcura ecosystem.
