WHOOP is hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of the WHOOP Sleep experience. In this role, you will define how WHOOP helps members understand their sleep, improve their sleep habits, and connect better sleep to daily readiness, recovery, and long-term health. You will balance strategic vision with hands-on execution, ensuring the Sleep experience deepens member trust, reinforces WHOOP as the most accurate and actionable health platform available, and drives meaningful improvements in member behavior and outcomes.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Define and drive the product roadmap for WHOOP’s Sleep experience, aligned with company goals around trust, accuracy, engagement, and long-term member value

  • Lead the evolution of existing Sleep experiences and the development of new Sleep features, from daily sleep insights to longitudinal insights, recommendations, coaching, and behavior change loops

  • Translate complex physiological data, sleep signals, and algorithm outputs into clear, compelling, and actionable member experiences that build lasting trust in WHOOP’s health and performance intelligence

  • Partner closely with engineering, machine learning, research science, and design teams to deliver accurate, high-quality Sleep experiences grounded in science and member insight

  • Contribute to the evolution of WHOOP’s core platform capabilities, ensuring Sleep data and insight are effectively integrated across WHOOP surfaces, including Recovery, Healthspan, coaching, and external partners

  • Define and track success metrics for Sleep initiatives, with a focus on member trust, engagement, comprehension, habit formation, and behavior change

  • Collaborate across the Product team to maximize the impact of Sleep experiences, ensuring they connect meaningfully with Recovery, coaching, Healthspan, and the broader member experience

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2+ years focused on consumer health, wellness, or data-driven products

  • Experience building products grounded in complex data or physiological signals, with a demonstrated ability to translate technical depth into intuitive member experiences

  • Technical fluency to engage deeply on algorithm outputs, data models, and system architecture, able to collaborate effectively with engineering and data science on technical tradeoffs

  • Demonstrated comfort with and usage of AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code) to accelerate product execution

  • Strong product judgment and ability to make tradeoffs between depth of insight and simplicity of experience

  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence without authority in complex, fast-moving organizations

  • Comfort operating across strategy and execution, from defining long-term vision to shipping high-quality product increments

  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform prioritization and measure product impact

  • Experience operating effectively in ambiguous environments, bringing clarity to new or evolving product areas through strong prioritization and execution

  • Passion for building incredible consumer experiences in health, fitness, or adjacent domains.
