Digital Product at ASOS

At ASOS, we’re proud to be a global fashion destination serving over 23 million active customers across more than 100 markets with 2.5 billion visits annually. Our Tech team is at the heart of everything we do, powering the digital experiences that make ASOS a leader in online fashion retail. We operate as a product-led organisation, where cross-functional teams are empowered to solve real customer problems through innovation, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making. With a strong focus on scalability, personalisation, and cutting-edge technology, we’re building the future of fashion commerce.

The Details

This is the Senior Product Manager-Brand Experiences role, sitting in the Customer Experience team.

You’ll be responsible for building compelling, scalable brand‑led experiences that help customers discover, engage with and form meaningful relationships across the hundreds of brands on ASOS across Fashion, Sportswear, and Face + Body. This includes giving customers the ability to follow brands they love, shop from immersive brand storefronts, and more, all supported by internal tooling required to manage and scale assets across the platform.

Your mission is to make brands feel alive on ASOS — rich in identity, story and relevance — while ensuring experiences are commercially effective and operationally scalable.

You’ll be the focal point of a dedicated and cross-functional squad setting big, ambitious goals, and you’ll have the freedom to decide how to meet these. You’ll have a growth mindset and a can-do attitude and relish the autonomous culture. As a natural storyteller, you’ll build solid narratives and will take your stakeholders on the journey throughout.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and own the product vision and roadmap for Brand Experiences, spanning customer‑facing brand pages, shop‑within‑shop experiences, and brand loyalty mechanics such as following brands.

  • Deep customer obsession with a proven ability to translate customer insight, behavioural signals and UX craft into intuitive, high-impact product experiences.

  • Deliver engaging, intuitive brand discovery and browsing experiences that balance inspiration, storytelling and commercial effectiveness.

  • Lead the development of internal tools and workflows that enable ASOS teams to onboard, manage and scale brand content and assets efficiently and consistently.

  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to coordinate complex initiatives across Product, Design, Engineering, Commercial and Brand stakeholders around a clear direction and shared outcomes.

  • Champion high‑quality UX and craft, ensuring brand experiences feel distinctive, coherent and on‑brand while remaining easy to use and maintain.

Qualifications

About You

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager in e-commerce, fashion, or consumer-facing platforms.

  • Strong track record in launching 0-1 mobile-first products.

  • Constantly pushing UI boundaries to elevate the experience, with a strong pulse on industry trends and OS capabilities.

  • Comfortable working in agile, full stack, cross-functional teams and motivating everyone to deliver at pace.

  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using tools like Power BI, Mixpanel, UserTesting.com, and Optimizely.

  • Pragmatic strategic thinker who can create clarity in ambiguity, align teams quickly, and translate strategy into execution.

  • Excellent communication and senior stakeholder management abilities.

  • Experience building brand‑led experiences is a strong advantage.
