Job Description:

Datasite is evolving from a set of powerful individual products into to a connected multi-product platform spanning multiple businesses and acquisition, including Grata, SourceScrub, Blueflame, and future acquisitions. We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to own the applications layer of this platform — the user-facing tools, mini‑apps, and AI-powered experiences that drive customer value and product‑led growth.  If you think in systems and portfolios, not just features, this could be an opportunity for you.

This position is based in our London office and follows a hybrid work model working two days per week in office.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the strategy and roadmap for apps, mini‑products, and productivity tools.

  • Build a portfolio of lightweight apps that deliver immediate value and drive acquisition, activation, and engagement.

  • Create AI-enabled utilities that showcase Datasite’s differentiated capabilities.

  • Design seamless cross-product experiences across Datasite, Grata, SourceScrub, Blueflame, and more.

  • Establish a scalable model for experimentation, rapid launches, and iteration.

  • Partner with Growth to use apps as key PLG surfaces.

  • Lead a cross-functional squad to deliver high-quality, coherent user experiences.

  • Ensure applications meet enterprise standards for UX, trust, security, and reliability.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years building user-facing SaaS products, tools, or apps.

  • Proven ownership of major product surfaces or application portfolios.

  • Experience driving adoption, engagement, or new usage patterns.

  • Comfort building AI-enabled features and workflows.

  • Strong product sense, systems thinking, and prioritization skills.

  • Ability to influence across teams in complex environments.

  • Fluent in discovery, experimentation, and data-informed decision-making.

Why This Role Is Unique

  • You’ll define the applications layer for a multi-product platform.

  • You’ll build products designed for both value creation and growth.

  • You’ll work at the intersection of AI, data, platform strategy, and product‑led growth.

  • Success is measured by behaviors changed, surfaces created, and users unlocked, not just features shipped.
