This is a truly embedded role defined by deep ownership, keeping you tightly connected to targeting, creative, and our MarTech infrastructure. You will drive the next phase of data and analytics for marketing, elevating our measurement frameworks to unlock growth.
While this role is based in the UK, you will be dedicated to supporting our US business. To collaborate effectively with your transatlantic colleagues, you will need to work US hours (2pm – 10pm UK time) at various points throughout the week. You will operate with high autonomy in a high-pace, agile environment, owning the delivery of strategic insights. Your work will champion data literacy and best practices as part of a much broader data and analytics team. Ultimately, you will help us maintain the focus of a small company with a big idea: introducing simplicity, choice, and value to the small businesses we protect.

As our Senior Manager, Marketing Analytics, you’ll:

  • Lead and bring to life our unified measurement framework, pulling together MMM, MTA, and experiments to support informed spend decisions.

  • Proactively deliver high-value analysis to directly influence marketing channel plans across email, SEO, paid channels, and more.

  • Partner with Data Science and Data Engineering teams to operationalize complex models and features.

  • Design, execute, and interpret A/B tests and multi-variate experiments to rigorously measure the causal impact of multi-channel strategies.

  • Champion the usage of Google Analytics alongside internal site data to drive insights on site performance.

  • Present strategic findings and actionable recommendations to cross-functional teams and executive-level stakeholders.

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced as a Data Analyst, Data Scientist, or Strategic Marketing Analyst, with a demonstrable track record of driving significant business value.

  • Expert in SQL with a strong working knowledge of a statistical language (Python/R) for advanced analysis and modelling.

  • Deeply knowledgeable in marketing analytics, including hands-on experience with attribution models (MMM and MTA) as well as LTV predictions.

  • Proficient in marketing analytics systems (e.g., GA4, Salesforce) and data visualization tools like Looker or Tableau.

  • An exceptional communicator able to translate complex statistical findings into clear, strategic narratives for executive audiences.

  • Able to proactively challenge the status quo and influence decision-making at the senior leadership level.
