monday.com is the AI work platform powering the most ambitious teams. 250,000+ customers across departments use us to bring people, workflows, and AI agents together on one flexible platform where AI doesn't just assist, it executes. We move fast, build things that matter, and foster an ownership-driven culture where you're empowered to shape how organizations work and outpace their competition.

Why we're hiring

We're building the intelligence layer that tells 250,000+ teams what's actually happening in their work - and what to do about it.

Data is having its moment at monday.com. Our group's mission is clear, make our largest customers successful at scale, give every product team the data building blocks they need to move fast, and make all of it AI-native - so that humans and agents can collaborate in ways that didn't exist two years ago.

You'll own monday's analytics product. End-to-end. Own it.

The team you're joining

You'll be working with a group of like-minded builders who get a kick out of moving fast and delivering great products - smart, motivated, creative people with positive energy and real empathy for the customer. We don't care much about titles or hierarchy. We care about bold moves, innovation, and challenging the status quo. Built on real autonomy and ownership.

What you're stepping into

We're looking for a Senior PM who loves making sense of complexity, gets excited by the latest GenAI models, and cares deeply about creating experiences that feel instant and delightful at scale.

Our AI-first approach isn't a tagline. We're building the future of analytics with AI at the center, and we need someone genuinely excited to grow alongside these tools - not just talk about them.

What you'll own

  • The analytics roadmap - Set the vision, make the calls, ship things enterprise customers trust with their most critical data.

  • AI-native analytics - Lead the transition toward proactive, agentic analytics using the latest GenAI tools and LLMs. Insights that surface themselves, explain their reasoning, and earn trust through transparency.

  • The foundations others build on - Partner with data engineering and design to create building blocks that let every product team at monday move faster. You think in platforms, not just features.

  • Real customer relationships - Work directly with enterprise customers to understand where analytics creates value and where it falls short. Translate that into sharp strategy, requirements, and prototypes that actually get built.

  • The standard for "good" - Define the frameworks that measure success in real workflows: accuracy, latency, usefulness. Not what looks great - what actually works.

What we're looking for

  • At least 5 years of experience in product management with a focus on data-driven products and analytics

  • Experience defining and executing analytics strategies and roadmaps to drive business impact

  • Able to track, measure, and analyse KPIs to drive product and business decisions

  • Experience growing a data-driven/analytics product would be a huge advantage

  • Experience working with AI-driven analytics or predictive insights is a plus

  • Strong background in BI tools, reporting, and data visualisation is a plus

  • Technical understanding of data architecture and engineering collaboration is a plus

  • Fast learner, adaptive, able to embrace new challenges and execute independently when needed

What monday.com can offer you

  • Opportunity to join a well-funded and successful company with big ambitions, competitive salary, bonus and equity incentive program

  • Private healthcare insurance with Vitality

  • ClassPass membership

  • Buffet breakfast and lunch at the office Monday to Thursday

  • A fully dedicated learning and development team to help you hone and gain new skills

  • Fun team events, socials and offsites

  • An amazing company culture that values transparency and collaboration while never forgetting to have fun - we've been named "Best Place to Work" in the UK
