The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Product Expert to join our team. You will act as a technical lead across a portfolio of pharmaceutical products, ensuring effective product lifecycle management and compliance from raw materials through to final product,


Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead product lifecycle management activities to ensure product robustness and compliance
  • Act as technical lead for product changes, including new products, process improvements and transfers
  • Conduct product risk assessments, validation and control strategy development
  • Lead investigations into quality events and implement CAPAs
  • Manage projects and support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Provide subject matter expertise across products, processes and sites
  • Support regulatory documentation and change control

Skills & Experience

  • Degree (or equivalent) in a scientific or engineering discipline
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry and regulated (GxP) environments
  • Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management and manufacturing processes
  • Experience in data analysis, research methods and risk management
  • Understanding of global regulatory frameworks (e.g. ICH guidelines)
  • Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma principles
