Lead Norgine’s global trademark strategy, including portfolio management, brand clearance, enforcement, disputes, licensing, and intellectual property risk management. Provide commercially focused legal advice across business functions, manage external counsel, oversee trademark operations and budgets, and supervise and develop trademark team members in an international pharmaceutical environment.

Lead month-end and year-end close activities across multiple legal entities, ensuring accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, internal controls, reconciliations, audits, and working capital analysis. The role drives accounting process improvements, resolves issues, partners with finance teams, and coaches junior accounting staff.

Leads regional business intelligence and analytics for UKI and ANZ, delivering reporting, dashboards, forecasts, market insights, KPIs, and actionable recommendations. Partners with global and cross-functional stakeholders to improve commercial performance, support product launches, manage data providers, optimize analytics tools, and forecast sales and volume for budgeting.
