Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to help shape and deliver high-impact product experiences for enterprise users. In this role, you will design solutions for complex workflows, data-rich products, and AI-assisted experiences.
You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Data Scientists, and UX leaders to translate user needs and business goals into intuitive product experiences.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of experience designing B2B SaaS products, strong end-to-end product design capabilities, and experience contributing to 0→1 products or major product capabilities.


Key Responsibilities
Design & Delivery

  • Own end-to-end UX design for complex product features and workflows, from discovery through delivery.
  • Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI aligned with user needs and business goals.
  • Simplify complex data and system workflows into intuitive and actionable user experiences.
  • Ensure solutions are usable, accessible, and scalable across the product platform.
AI-Driven Experience Design
  • Design experiences for AI-assisted and data-driven product capabilities, including:
    • Conversational interactions
    • AI-assisted workflows
    • Predictive insights and recommendations
  • Apply an AI-first mindset, identifying opportunities where AI can improve user decision-making and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with engineering and data teams to translate technical capabilities into meaningful product experiences.
    Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Data Science teams, and UX leaders to shape product requirements and outcomes.
  • Clearly communicate design rationale, trade-offs, and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Participate actively in design reviews, product demos, and collaborative working sessions.
Quality, Consistency & Standards
  • Advocate for high-quality design, usability, and attention to detail across product experiences.
  • Ensure adherence to usability, accessibility, and responsible AI design standards.
  • Contribute to design systems, shared UI libraries, and interaction patterns that improve consistency across the product.

What You Bring


  • 5–7 years of professional experience in UX or Product Design.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design ownership for complex products.
  • Experience designing B2B SaaS or enterprise software products.
  • Experience contributing to 0→1 product initiatives or major product capabilities.
  • Experience designing data-intensive or AI-assisted product experiences.
  • Strong proficiency in Figma or equivalent design tools.
  • Solid understanding of UX principles, user research, and usability testing.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
  • Experience collaborating with product managers, engineers, and technical teams.
  • Familiarity with design systems and scalable component libraries.

Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience designing products that integrate with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Exposure to AI/ML-enabled product capabilities and data-driven decision experiences.
