Job Title: Senior Product Designer - Learning Experience

Location: Remote / Flexible

Experience: 4+ years in Product Design or a related field

The Role

As a Senior Product Designer, you'll redefine digital learning experiences by crafting fun, engaging, and highly intuitive designs for our innovative platform. Backed by leading global VCs, your work will shape captivating user journeys, blending best-in-class B2C design practices with advanced AI-driven interactivity. You'll create delightful experiences tailored to younger users, setting new standards for enjoyment and engagement in edtech.

What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of professional experience designing interactive, engaging consumer digital products.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing excellent UI/UX, visual design, and playful user experiences from concept to launch

  • Proven experience designing for B2C (extra points for younger audiences)

  • Ability to create engaging, enjoyable experiences tailored specifically to younger users.

  • Exceptional visual design talent with proficiency in design tools (Figma).

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate design rationale and decisions.

  • Comfortable operating in 0-1, fast-paced environments with rapid design cycles.

  • Entrepreneurial spirit, proactive attitude, and excellent problem-solving skills

  • Curiosity or experience in designing experiences enhanced by AI, machine learning, or personalization technologies.

  • Passionate about exploring new tech to elevate user engagement and enjoyment.

Location and Work Style:
  • Global remote work, but must be able to work UK time zones (flexibility is considered)

  • Willingness to fly to UK at least once a year (company paid)

    A live brainstorming case-study where you tackle a problem together with PMs and another Lead Product Designer.
