The role
We are seeking an experienced Product Designer to join our team. You’ll have the opportunity to work from our offices in Amsterdam, Berlin, London or Prague with a hybrid work schedule.
- Own the end-to-end design of services and features within the Nebius Console, from discovery to delivery
- Design clear, scalable interfaces for complex cloud and AI infrastructure products
- Translate business goals, technical constraints, and user needs into coherent user flows and interaction models
- Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle
- Clearly present design solutions and rationale to cross-functional teams
- Manage design work from early hypotheses and exploration through prototyping, implementation, and iteration
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the design system, ensuring consistency and quality across the product
- Strong product thinking and the ability to approach design as a set of connected user scenarios
- Ability to balance usability, consistency, and innovation in complex systems
- Solid understanding of the product design process, including discovery, validation, and delivery
- High attention to detail and structured, systematic work in Figma
- Experience collaborating with other designers in a shared product and design system environment
- At least 5 years of experience as a Product Designer on digital products
- Confident English communication skills, sufficient for day-to-day collaboration with international teams
- Strong proficiency in Figma, including creating complex and interactive prototypes
- Experience designing responsive and adaptive functional interfaces
- Familiarity with UX research and usability testing methods
- Experience with cloud consoles, dashboards, or other high-complexity web applications
- Ability to communicate effectively with engineers using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript terminology
