About monday.com

monday.com is the AI work platform powering the most forward-thinking teams. 250,000+ customers across departments use us to bring people, workflows, and AI agents onto one flexible platform where AI doesn't just assist, it executes. We move fast, build things that matter, and foster an ownership-focused culture where you're empowered to shape how organizations work and stay ahead of the market.

About the Team

Our Growth group is on a mission to increase ARR by turning visitors into paying customers — and paying customers into passionate power users. We run rapid experiments, obsess over metrics, and chase the "AHA moment": that instant when someone truly gets the value of monday.com. The team sits at the intersection of engineering and product strategy, combining A/B testing, user activation, monetization, and performance optimization to drive measurable business impact. Unlike traditional engineering roles, here you'll move fast, iterate constantly, and see the direct results of your work on growth. We love people who've thrived in founding engineer roles or growth-focused teams at startups and scale-ups — full stack engineers who are equally comfortable diving into the frontend or the backend, and who bring a product mindset to everything they build.

About the role
  • Take Ownership: Guide the end-to-end design process within your domain — from ideation and discovery to polished execution.

  • Leverage Data: Use A/B tests, product data, and user feedback to inform design choices and iterate quickly.

  • Work Across Teams: Partner not only with PMs, developers, data specialists, and marketing — but also with designers and product teams across monday to co-create solutions for cross-product experiences and common opportunities.

  • Simplify Complexity: Deliver intuitive, seamless experiences that make it easy for users to unlock value.

  • Communicate at a High Level: Present your work with clarity and purpose — whether through polished prototypes or compelling presentations.

  • Own Outcomes: Help define success metrics and stay focused on delivering measurable results that meet both user needs and business goals.

What experience you will bring
  • 5+ years of experience designing SaaS products, with bonus points for a focus on data-heavy interfaces or key growth metrics (engagement, monetization, retention).

  • Exceptional interaction and visual design skills with high attention to detail.

  • Experience in user research methodologies, including generative research, usability testing, and iterative prototyping.

  • Ability to adapt, iterate, and thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.

  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, with a sharp eye for detail.

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills, with a team-first mindset.

What monday.com can offer you
  • Join a customer-obsessed team where transparency and ownership are how we actually operate — not just things we put on a wall

  • Work on a multi-product suite powered by advanced AI, where what you ship reaches hundreds of thousands of customers worldwide

  • Attractive salary, benefits, bonus potential, and equity eligibility for many roles — we believe people should benefit from our success

  • Grow fast through a dedicated L&D team, AI workshops, bootcamps, and internal hackathons — the industry moves quick and so do we

  • A connected, global culture backed by Employee Resource Groups and workplace teams across New York, Tel Aviv, London, Munich, Warsaw, Tokyo, Sydney, and more

  • Some pretty great benefits and perks, including private medical insurance, up to 7% pension match, ClassPass membership and more

  • Breakfast and Lunch - Monday to Thursday

  • Fun team events, socials and offsites

  • Amazing company culture that values transparency and teamwork while never forgetting to have fun while we work! We've been named "Best Place to Work" in the UK.
