- Defining and evolving the technical architecture for Connected Living products and experiences, enabling seamless, intuitive, and differentiated customer experiences.
- Spearheading collaborations with enterprise architecture, product, engineering, and cross-functional teams to create solutions that address complex business needs while promoting architectural consistency across a broader Connected Living product ecosystem.
- Driving cross-product ecosystem architecture, ensuring customer-facing capabilities are designed as a cohesive platform experience rather than a collection of independent features or services.
- Overseeing the architecture of solutions that are robust, operable, maintainable, and scalable, ensuring timely delivery and operational excellence.
- Establishing architectural patterns and shared services that promote interoperability, consistency, and reuse across mobile applications, web experiences, cloud services, connected devices, and partner platforms.

- 10+ years experience in software architecture, distributed systems design, and large-scale customer-facing platforms.
- Proven experience defining and evolving architecture for complex digital products, services, and platform ecosystems.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-native architectures, APIs, microservices, event-driven systems, and modern integration patterns.
- Experience designing shared platforms, reusable services, and architectural patterns that promote interoperability and consistency across products.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional architectural initiatives spanning product, engineering, platform, and enterprise architecture teams.
- Experience translating product strategy, customer needs, and business objectives into scalable technical roadmaps and architectural direction.
- Strong understanding of reliability, performance, observability, security, and operational excellence principles.
