Drive new enterprise sales of managed services, WAN, cybersecurity, internet, voice and networking solutions. Prospect, present to C-level, build channel partnerships, design solutions, close new-logo business, and manage customer relationships and territory-based account plans.

Serve as the day-to-day contact for buy-side clients on FreeWheel Buyer Cloud. Train customers, recommend optimizations, drive adoption and satisfaction, troubleshoot with Support, and relay product/market feedback to cross-functional teams to grow client relationships and platform usage.

Serve as a senior presales technical advisor supporting Sales and Services: lead technical discovery, deliver tailored demos, scope solutions, produce solution designs, manage sandbox/POCs, respond to RFIs/RFPs, and mentor junior Sales Engineers while ensuring smooth handoffs to implementation and contributing to presales process improvements.

Maintain and optimize cloud infrastructure for scalability and performance, build monitoring/alerts, participate in incident response and RCA, automate operations, tune databases and Kubernetes, create disaster recovery plans and documentation, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve reliability.
