A Day in the LifeShape the Future of Healthcare Innovation
Medtronic, a global leader in medical technology, is looking for an exceptional Senior Regional Product Manager to lead the Big Capital and Robotics portfolio within our Cranial and Spinal Technologies (CST) business in the NEMA region (UKI, Nordics, Benelux, Greece & Israel).
This high-impact role offers a unique opportunity to combine strategic vision, commercial expertise, and hands-on leadership to drive revenue growth and market success.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Lead the Commercial Product Strategy: Develop and execute business strategies to grow the spine portfolio and capitalize on both Big cap and Robotics opportunities
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Identify market opportunities, optimize portfolio profitability, and deliver impactful go-to-market strategies
  • Achieve Commercial Excellence: Partner with sales teams and business management to equip them with tools, resources, and training to consistently meet and exceed business objectives
  • Collaborate across countries: Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, societies, and key opinion leaders to position Medtronic as a leader in robotics and enabling technologies
  • Business Intelligence: Build a business intelligence system that provides competitive insights and objection-handling strategies to empower local sales teams and identify business development opportunities
  • KOL & HCP Engagement: Establish and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and healthcare professionals, ensuring our strategies align with market needs and drive deeper engagement.

Required knowledge and Experience:

  • Experience: 8+ years in healthcare, robotics, or capital equipment, with a proven track record of driving growth and innovation
  • Marketing Competence: Strong Senior marketing and operational competencies
  • Commercial Expertise: Proven track record in driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and enhancing profitability. Extensive experience in managing and optimizing sales funnels across multiple countries is essential and a required skill
  • Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to influence, inspire, and collaborate across teams and countries. Senior marketing experience 5-8 years+ is a must!
  • Education: A master’s degree in business, marketing, or related fields
  • Communication: Effective communication skills (English written and verbal) at all organizational levels
  • Integrity: Demonstrated integrity and respect for peers, subordinates, and all internal and external customers
  • Ethical Focus: Familiarity with Business Conduct Policies in a multinational environment
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
