Senior Pricing Analyst
Location: London, Birmingham, Leeds, or another UK office
Working pattern: Hybrid (minimum 3 days per week in the office)

We are seeking a highly analytical and commercially minded Senior Pricing Analyst to join our global Pricing & Commercial team. The role supports partners and senior stakeholders across the international firm by providing data-driven insight, developing pricing models, and helping shape the commercial approach to client engagements. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take on a visible and strategic role within a growing function.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, refine, and maintain pricing models to support fee proposals, alternative fee arrangements (AFAs), and commercial negotiations.
- Analyse historical matter data, profitability trends, and pricing performance to generate actionable insights.
- Support partners and matter teams in preparing pricing proposals for complex, cross‑border matters.
- Develop pricing approaches for technology-enabled legal solutions
- Provide scenario modelling and financial analysis to inform commercial decision‑making.
- Collaborate with Finance, BD, Legal Project Management, and Practice Groups to ensure alignment on pricing strategy and matter economics.
- Contribute to the enhancement of pricing tools, templates, and processes.
- Assist in the preparation of client‑facing pricing materials and panel submissions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, helping to build pricing awareness and commercial capability across the firm.
- Experience in pricing or similar roles—ideally within law firms or professional services environment.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and financial modelling capability.
- Ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights clearly to non‑financial stakeholders.
- Confident, proactive, and comfortable working with senior stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high‑quality output.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- This is a hybrid role, requiring a minimum of three days per week in one of our UK offices.
- The Pricing remit covers the entire international firm, so the role requires flexibility and responsiveness.
- Flexibility required - the successful candidate may need to start earlier or finish later when required, particularly when supporting time‑sensitive proposals or working with colleagues in other time zones.
