Coordinate client and internal meetings and events from booking to delivery, managing room layouts, catering, AV, visitor access and attendee arrangements. The Insurance Lawyer will handle non-contentious insurance matters, including regulatory issues, drafting agreements, and advising clients on insurance-related matters. They must have strong technical skills and business development enthusiasm.

Provide administrative support for deeds management and data site administration. Responsibilities include provisioning and auditing data site access, creating and organising data site folders, uploading and retrieving documents, scheduling and tracking deeds (using digital tracking systems), maintaining physical and offsite deed storage records, conducting audits, and general team administration. Collaborate with lawyers, paralegals, and Products & Solutions to ensure compliance and efficient workflows.

Provide proactive administrative support to the Risk Advisory Services group: maintain paper and email filing, prepare meeting materials, manage schedules and travel bookings, liaise with reception and marketing, answer calls and enquiries, assist PAs with overflow tasks and client communications, and act as a professional first point of contact for the team.
