Leads conduct risk, regulatory transformation, remediation, governance, culture, and customer outcome engagements for financial services clients. Advises boards, executives, senior management functions, and regulators; oversees Skilled Person Reviews, investigations, and regulatory programmes; manages multidisciplinary teams; ensures regulatory-quality delivery; develops thought leadership; and supports practice growth through business development, proposals, pricing, pitching, and client relationship management.

The Senior Legal Project Manager will oversee the Development Consent Order lifecycle, coordinate project tasks, manage stakeholders, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Advise pension scheme trustees, employers, and other clients on complex pensions disputes, regulatory investigations, enforcement activity, remedial litigation, equalisation issues, scheme errors, and member complaints. The role involves collaborating across the pensions practice, managing matters proactively, developing client relationships, supporting business development, and contributing to the growth of a specialist pensions litigation team.

Manage workforce planning and resource allocation across national legal teams. Advise partners, senior fee earners, and operational leaders on capacity, utilisation, and staffing needs. Resolve competing resource demands, identify capacity issues, and collaborate with flexible resource, paralegal, and legal project management teams. Support recruitment planning, lawyer development, process improvement, and the implementation of systems for monitoring and reporting capacity and utilisation.

Lead and advise on large-scale technology procurements, outsourcing, cloud/SaaS, AI and digital transformation projects. Draft and negotiate complex technology and commercial contracts, manage multi-stakeholder, multi-jurisdictional matters, supervise junior lawyers, build client relationships, and support business development and market engagement.

Provide administrative support for deeds management and data site administration. Responsibilities include provisioning and auditing data site access, creating and organising data site folders, uploading and retrieving documents, scheduling and tracking deeds (using digital tracking systems), maintaining physical and offsite deed storage records, conducting audits, and general team administration. Collaborate with lawyers, paralegals, and Products & Solutions to ensure compliance and efficient workflows.

Develop and execute business development and marketing strategy for the Property practice. Prioritize target sectors, markets, geographies, and clients; identify growth opportunities; support partners in winning profitable work; deepen client relationships; enhance market visibility; produce communications and submissions; manage stakeholders; and mentor team members.

Coordinate client and internal meetings and events from booking to delivery, managing room layouts, catering, AV, visitor access and attendee arrangements. Prepare and maintain event spaces, act as the key contact for organisers, resolve issues, monitor schedules and records, support health and safety, and collaborate with Reception, Hospitality, AV, Facilities and Security to deliver seamless client experiences.

Provide corporate legal advice on high-value M&A and joint venture transactions in the Energy and Resources sector (focus on oil & gas). Work with senior partners, build client relationships, support sector-focused business development, and contribute to cross-border corporate matters.

Provide senior employment law advice on complex tribunal and High Court litigation, cross-border and executive-level issues, restructurings, redundancy, discrimination and whistleblowing matters; support M&A and outsourcing projects; develop client relationships and contribute to cross-office team growth and strategic initiatives.

Manage treasury operations including bank guarantees, cashflow, reconciliations, and reporting. Support global banking, AML/sanctions and tax reporting, account openings/mandates, audits, payment authorisations, international payroll, and treasury system/process improvements.

Manage end-to-end delivery of high-volume employment tribunal matters within the MLS team. Supervise lawyers and paralegals, own a fee-earning caseload, embed playbooks and workflows, ensure KPIs, drive process and legal tech adoption, manage costs and reporting, and support recruitment and development.
