Provide high-level PA and coordination support to global Business Development & Marketing leadership: manage complex diaries across time zones, coordinate meetings and planning cycles, track priorities and follow-up actions, handle expenses/travel/finance processes (including Emburse), support onboarding, intranet updates, and act as central BD&M contact.

Lead and evolve the firm's early talent strategy across attraction, recruitment and development for trainee and apprentice programmes. Combine hands-on delivery with strategic planning: manage university and partner relationships, optimise recruitment systems and assessment methods, design and deliver graduate and apprentice programmes, track KPIs, lead the Early Talent team, and advise senior stakeholders to improve retention and progression.

The Team Administrator will provide support to the Risk Advisory Services group by maintaining filing systems, assisting with meeting preparations, managing schedules, and handling inquiries while collaborating with various team members.
