Oversee complex projects (restructuring, risk transfer), manage team performance, collaborate with multi-disciplinary colleagues, and drive business development including RFPs and new client opportunities.

Designs and executes business development and marketing plans for Financial Services, leads pitches, proposals and client materials, delivers campaigns, events and thought leadership, generates opportunities, deepens client relationships, and coaches junior team members to drive revenue and strengthen brand.

The Insurance Lawyer will handle non-contentious insurance matters, including regulatory issues, drafting agreements, and advising clients on insurance-related matters. They must have strong technical skills and business development enthusiasm.
