Supports the Client Development Manager with client relationship management, sector-focused development activities, reporting, action tracking, CRM and pipeline updates, bids, proposals, and client initiatives. The role coordinates multiple stakeholders, maintains client administration systems, prepares reports and presentations, and supports relationship plans that contribute to business growth. It is hybrid and based in one of several UK offices.

Supports the growth, stability, security, and scalability of datacentre, cloud, and office infrastructure. The role focuses on Microsoft Azure, cloud infrastructure, automation, and Terraform-based infrastructure as code. Responsibilities include deploying and optimising Azure environments, supporting enterprise-scale infrastructure, providing expert technical support, contributing to cloud projects, applying change control, and communicating technical information to diverse stakeholders.

Coordinate client and internal meetings and events from booking to delivery, managing room layouts, catering, AV, visitor access and attendee arrangements. Prepare and maintain event spaces, act as the key contact for organisers, resolve issues, monitor schedules and records, support health and safety, and collaborate with Reception, Hospitality, AV, Facilities and Security to deliver seamless client experiences.
