Leads the technology strategy, architecture, governance, and delivery of Legal AI, knowledge management, and document management platforms. Defines roadmaps, integrates platforms with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, iManage, and enterprise systems, and ensures secure, scalable solutions. Partners with architecture, cybersecurity, engineering, data, vendors, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs and investment decisions.

Advise major clients on planning and infrastructure consenting for nationally significant energy, transport, water, and other projects. Responsibilities include Development Consent Order applications, compulsory acquisition, environmental impact and habitats assessments, inquiries, examinations, judicial review, client relationship management, business development, and collaboration across property, energy, and infrastructure teams.

Review, draft, and negotiate complex client-facing commercial, technology, and AI-related contracts. Provide practical legal advice, ensure regulatory and policy compliance, mitigate risks, support governance and General Counsel Office projects, and improve contracting processes through legal technology and contract-management tools. The role also involves people management, cross-firm collaboration, stakeholder influence, and contributing to commercial strategy.
