Based in the UK - one of our largest and most dynamic markets - we're looking for a creative and compassionate Senior Comms Manager (UK + Ireland) to join us for 12 months to help shape the conversation around food waste, push for innovation, and craft narratives that inspire action across two key markets. Role Overview:
As the Senior Communications Manager (UK + Ireland), you’ll take the lead on PR and communications strategies across the UK and Ireland - two markets where there’s endless potential for bold, creative ideas that resonate with our mission. You’ll work closely with the local and global teams, nurture relationships with key media, and drive impactful campaigns to amplify Too Good To Go’s mission.

Key Responsibilities:
- PR and Communications Strategy:
Create and implement strategic PR plans that align with Too Good To Go’s mission and drive awareness around food waste.
Identify opportunities to innovate and craft bold narratives that inspire media and public interest. - Media Relations:
Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, key opinion leaders, and media outlets across the UK and Ireland.
Act as the main point of contact for media inquiries, ensuring impactful and consistent messaging. - Campaign Management:
Develop and execute creative campaigns that drive media coverage and public awareness, working closely with local and global teams.
Measure and report on campaign success, using insights to refine future strategies. - Crisis and Issues Management:
Provide strategic counsel and manage communications during high-pressure situations, ensuring the brand’s reputation is protected. - Agency Collaboration:
Work with local PR agencies to deliver exceptional campaigns and results, ensuring alignment with Too Good To Go’s vision and goals. - Team and Stakeholder Collaboration:
Partner with cross-functional teams, including commercial, marketing, and ESG, to create integrated campaigns and ensure consistent messaging.
Share best practices and collaborate with global counterparts to amplify impact.

Requirements:
- Extensive experience in PR, communications, or a related field.
- Proven success in creating and executing impactful PR campaigns.
- Strong relationships with media and influencers in the UK and Ireland.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; native-level English proficiency is essential.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with PR agencies to deliver results.
