Your Role: Senior Podcast Producer
We’re looking for a strategic, creative Senior Podcast Producer with strong experience in entertainment formats to take a leading role in the development and execution of Global Original podcasts. You’ll report into an Executive Producer but operate with a high degree of autonomy, shaping the editorial vision, managing the full production process, and owning delivery from concept to launch and beyond.
This is an opportunity for someone with a passion for storytelling and sharp editorial instincts, combined with a deep understanding of how video content and social media can amplify podcast growth. You’ll originate bold ideas, steer production teams, and build strong talent relationships that result in compelling, audience‑driven content.

- Manage the end‑to‑end production process, ensuring high‑quality episodes are delivered on time.
- Work to focused briefs and tight production deadlines.
Talent management and relationships – 20%
- Identify and manage on‑ and off‑air talent, supporting them to deliver their best work.
- Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships, including with agents and partners.
Video and social content creation – 20%
- Create memorable video content that will increase our digital and podcast audiences.
- Shape and evolve video output from daily clips for social to full‑length interviews and episodes.
- Optimise video and social posts for maximum engagement across platforms.
Planning, performance and innovation – 10%
- Contribute to long‑term planning, performance analysis and creative reviews.
- Develop original ideas and formats aligned with Global’s podcast strategy.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, audience behaviour and the commercial podcast landscape.
