Senior Planning Program Manager – EMEA Digital Transformation Executive Role Overview for EMEA Leadership

The Senior Planning Program Manager – EMEA Digital Transformation is responsible for leading the regional deployment of Kinaxis Maestro across EMEA plants and business units. The role acts as the bridge between the Global Program, EMEA Operations, Supply Chain, IT, and external implementation partners to ensure successful adoption of standardized planning processes and realization of business benefits. The position owns program governance, deployment execution, organizational readiness, change management, and value delivery, supporting improvements in service levels, inventory performance, planning productivity, and overall supply chain maturity.

Position Summary

The Senior Planning Program Manager – EMEA Digital Transformation will lead the end-to-end EMEA deployment of Kinaxis Maestro, ensuring alignment with global program objectives while driving regional execution, process standardization, user adoption, and sustainable business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead EMEA Kinaxis Maestro deployment roadmap, governance, milestones, risks, and resource planning.
  • Drive standardization of Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Management, SIOP/IBP, Capacity Planning, Production Planning, and Materials Planning processes.
  • Coordinate deployment activities across plants, business units, IT teams, and implementation partners.
  • Lead change management, training, communication, and organizational readiness activities.
  • Ensure master data readiness, testing execution, ERP integration alignment, and go-live preparation.
  • Drive post-go-live stabilization and continuous improvement.
  • Measure and deliver business value through KPI improvements.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Operations, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 8–12+ years of Supply Chain, Planning, Operations, or Transformation leadership experience.
  • 5+ years leading large cross-functional programs.
  • Experience with Kinaxis Maestro/RapidResponse, SAP IBP, Blue Yonder, o9, Oracle APS, or similar planning platforms.
  • Experience in manufacturing and multi-site environments.

The anticipated salary range for this role Slovakia is between €44 394 to € 55 493 gross per and reflects the range applicable in that jurisdiction. Certain roles may be eligible for variable compensation and benefits. Where applicable, a comprehensive overview of the full benefits package and any additional compensation will be provided during the recruitment process in accordance with local legal requirements. Compensation is determined based on objective, gender-neutral criteria, including skills, experience, and job responsibilities.

This role may be performed in multiple jurisdictions. In jurisdictions subject to EU Pay Transparency requirements, a locally applicable salary range applies and will be communicated in accordance with local legal obligations, if not shown in this posting. Salary ranges for other jurisdictions may vary in line with local market conditions and applicable legislation.
