Fuse Energy is a forward-thinking renewable energy startup on a mission to deliver a terawatt of renewable energy, fast. We’re combining first-principles thinking with cutting-edge technology to build a radically better energy system. We’ve raised $210M from top-tier investors including Multicoin, Balderton, Lakestar, Accel, Creandum, Lowercarbon, Ribbit, Box Group and strategic angels like Nico Rosberg, the co-founder of Solana and GPs behind Meta, Revolut, Spotify and Uber. We’re building a fully integrated energy company: from developing solar, wind and battery projects to real-time power trading and distributed energy installations. By selling directly to consumers, we cut out the middleman, lower costs and pass savings on to customers.

We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale Fuse Energy’s paid growth channels end-to-end. This role will be responsible for defining, executing, and optimizing high-impact marketing campaigns that drive rapid customer acquisition, efficiency, and long-term revenue growth.

Responsibilities
  • Own and execute Fuse Energy’s paid acquisition strategy across multiple channels (Paid Social, Paid Search, Programmatic, and Display) in line with aggressive growth objectives.
  • Plan, manage, and scale performance marketing budgets, ensuring efficient customer acquisition cost (CAC) and maximum lifetime value (LTV).
  • Build, deploy, and scale LLM automation workflows across multiple platforms to streamline campaign creation, optimization, and audience management.
  • Own the deployment of tracking infrastructure using Google Tag Manager (GTM), custom pixels, and app install tracking to ensure absolute data accuracy.
  • Continuously launch, test, and optimize creative, targeting, and landing pages to improve conversion rates across the entire acquisition funnel.
  • Data-driven tracking of channel performance, reporting granular impact to senior leadership and continuously improving marketing ROI.
  • Manage, run, and scale campaigns with an extreme bias for action, operating at a high velocity to capture market share.

Requirements
  • minimum 4-5 years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or digital acquisition roles within a high-growth startup, scaleup, or top-tier digital agency.
  • Proven track record of scaling paid media spend and managing multi-million-pound budgets efficiently.
  • Deep, hands-on familiarity with Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), web/app event mapping, and modern tracking technologies to setup rigorous tracking and attribution.
  • Strong understanding of attribution modeling, pixel integration, and navigating privacy-first data environments (iOS14+, Cookies, Conversions API).
  • Deep technical expertise across Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and programmatic networks, with a proven ability to operate across multiple platforms simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated experience building and managing automation loops (e.g., automated bidding, API-driven creative changes, automated rules, or integration tools) to drive efficiency.
  • Strongly data-driven and analytical, with experience building data-led hypotheses and evaluating performance metrics via Metabase (SQL experience is a strong plus).
  • Strategic thinker with the absolute ability to execute hands-on—you are comfortable setting the vision but equally love building, launching, and automating campaigns yourself.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial, hyper-focused, and highly comfortable operating in a fast-moving, evolving company.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, rapid experimentation, and building growth playbooks from scratch.

Benefits
  • Competitive salary
  • Biannual bonus scheme
  • Fully expensed tech to match your needs
  • Paid annual leave
  • Breakfast and dinner allowance for office based employees
