Your Responsibilities
- Own and grow partnerships: Build strong, day-to-day relationships with our partner banks, ensuring smooth collaboration and shared success - enabled by in-person meetings.
- Understand and enable: Develop a deep understanding of each banks’ requirements and align them with Raisin’s platform, working closely with our marketing and distribution teams to and out bank partners to unlock growth.
- Drive impact across projects: Contribute to special initiatives — from launching new savings products to supporting strategic rollouts — and play an active role in shaping how we deliver value.
- Collaborate globally: Work with colleagues across different markets and teams on key projects, bringing structure and clarity to complex challenges.
- Create transparency: Track and report on partnership progress and project outcomes, ensuring internal stakeholders are aligned and informed.
- Ensure operational excellence: Keep product information and documentation accurate and up to date, making sure our systems run seamlessly.
Your Profile
- 4+ years of experience in consulting, banking, or financial services, with a proven ability to manage senior stakeholders.
- Excellent English and German communication skills, with the ability to influence at executive level.
- Strong academic background in business, finance, economics, or similar.
- Structured problem-solving and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
- A growth mindset and willingness to be hands-on where needed.
