Lead UK commercial growth alongside the CEO by originating institutional partnerships with banks, asset managers, wealth managers, and financial institutions. Own strategic negotiations, deal structuring, financial modeling, executive presentations, and cross-functional initiatives. Translate UK market dynamics into product and growth priorities while coordinating stakeholders across product, operations, risk, compliance, legal, and executive leadership.

Own strategic relationships with partner banks across the UK and Europe. Advise banking executives on liquidity, capital, deposit funding, and balance-sheet objectives; develop commercial growth strategies; launch deposit products; and expand assets under management. Lead complex onboarding, technical integration, product launch, and cross-functional initiatives involving engineering, legal, compliance, and operations teams.

Develop and execute international PR and communications strategies across the UK, Ireland, and other markets. Build financial and consumer media relationships, create press and multimedia content, manage external PR agencies, coordinate interviews and briefings, maintain editorial planning, monitor reputation risks, and support team performance. The role requires deep UK and Irish media expertise, international cultural competence, strong storytelling, crisis communication skills, and willingness to travel.
