How you’ll help us make health happen:
With the customer experience at the heart of decisions, this strategically important role will play a pivotal part in propelling business growth for Bupa UK, across health subscriptions and insurance.
You will leverage experience and relationships gained from other industries (e.g. streaming subscription services, mobile phone or travel insurance, breakdown assistance, etc) and demonstrate a track record of building long term, scalable partnerships.
Key duties:

Create and manage a pipeline of partnership prospects

Project manage the preparation & submission RFP/RFI responses
-
Lead commercial negotiations, ensuring balanced, viable partnership terms and delivery of great customer outcomes

Maintain detailed knowledge of industry trends, emerging trends, and competitive positioning to secure new partnership deals

Establish strong working relationships with key stakeholders to remain informed of all opportunities and risks

Work with Head of Partnerships & Affinity - support partnerships strategy

Operate within Bupa’s target operating models, monitor control frameworks and MI
-
Drive a culture of continuous improvement to improve customer outcomes

Support the leadership of the Partnerships & Affinity team
Key Skills/Qualifications needed for this role:
-
Senior sales manager with experience in subscription based products
-
A ‘hunter’ mentality with a strong understanding of business development, prospecting, and a relevant network with potential partners
-
Demonstrable track record of securing subscription partnerships in large corporates (B2B)
-
Excellent negotiation skills, ability to persuade Exec level decision-makers
-
Proven ability to manage large-scale sales pipelines
-
Gravitas to engage and influence senior stakeholders

Passionate about leadership and team development
