We’re looking for a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to elevate our partner program in the UK, a key strategy for driving Employment Hero’s growth both locally and globally. Reporting to the Head of UK Marketing, this role focuses on acquiring partners across key segments (IT Resellers, HR Consultants, Accountants) and building a strong pipeline of partner referrals. Working closely with the Partner Sales team, the Sr. Partner Marketing Manager will develop and execute partner acquisition strategies, delivering impactful campaigns and initiatives to drive awareness, engagement, and revenue.

This role collaborates with the wider UK Marketing team to align objectives and works cross-regionally with the global partner marketing team to ensure consistency with the overarching partner strategy. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience growing partner channels, thrive in public-facing roles, excel in communication, and be metrics-driven. They should be a strategic thinker who fosters collaboration and is comfortable leading initiatives that contribute to the success of Employment Hero’s partner network.

As our Senior Partner Marketing Manager, you'll be:

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategy in collaboration with the Partnerships Team, aimed at achieving their objectives, including new partner acquisition and generating partner-qualified leads.
  • Delivering impactful GTM materials such as live and digital events, tradeshows (both owned and third-party), digital content (e.g., blogs, guides, webinars), joint marketing assets, case studies, and tailored onboarding experiences.
  • Crafting tailored marketing strategies for different partner verticals by understanding our ideal partner profile, refining messaging, and identifying strategies that drive growth and deliver on key objectives.
  • Designing and executing co-branded campaigns with partners to drive awareness, leads, and revenue.
  • Managing and nurturing the UK partner community through our digital partner community platform, fostering engagement and collaboration.
  • Providing tools, resources, and training to ensure partners effectively promote the company’s products.
  • Empowering partners with resources and assets to effectively communicate the value of Employment Hero to their prospects, enabling their success.
  • Supporting partner onboarding processes with tailored marketing materials and kick-off campaigns.
  • Championing the voice of the partners within the marketing team to ensure alignment across the organisation, maximising impact and fostering a partner-first approach.
  • Reporting on partner marketing performance in Quarterly Business Reviews, showcasing key wins, insights, and measurable business impact.
  • Focusing on high-impact, strategic initiatives by rigorously prioritising activities that will drive the fastest growth and most significant outcomes for the Partner Programme, while maintaining budget efficiency.

What will you bring

  • Comfortable working with partners directly and being a positive and outgoing face of Employment Hero for our partners
    8+ years of relevant partner marketing experience, ideally within a fast-paced, B2B industry (tech, SaaS, and startups a plus)
  • Proven experience growing a partner channel through marketing activities (paid social & search, brand building, events, co-marketing, community building, etc.)  and working with a range of partners from new to established
  • Hands-on experience with marketing tools and CRM management platforms, especially Marketo and Salesforce
  • A highly analytical and metrics-orientated approach to marketing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, organisational skills and has high attention to detail
  • Experience running events like large conference and tradeshow booths, roundtables, webinars, etc. 
  • Comfortable testing and iterating on campaigns and running A/B tests
  • You will have analytical skills and be data-driven in your thinking, and be proficient in reporting campaign effectiveness
  • A creative problem solver and critical thinker, with great attention to detail
  • Degree qualified in marketing or a related field (desired)
  • Comfortable and confident surfacing opportunities, explaining your ideas, taking briefs, and participating in brainstorming sessions
  • Able to work independently in a “remote first” work environment and to agreed deadlines
  • Experience working with key verticals like Accountancy and Bookkeeping firms, HR Consultants and IT Resellers is a plus
  • Willingness to take ownership and be in the driver’s seat
  • Excellent xfn communication and stakeholder management skills
