monday.com is scaling its partner-led business across EMEA and is seeking an experienced Senior Partner Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives in this critical region. This high-impact role requires a blend of strategic thinking, program management, and hands-on execution, with a focus on developing and executing an effective partner-led marketing plan to drive pipeline and revenue through the partner ecosystem. Based out of our London office and Reporting to the EMEA Marketing Director, you will play a key role in supporting the region’s go-to-market strategies and aligning with revenue targets.

About The Role:

Responsibilities:



Develop and Execute Partner Marketing Strategy:

  • Design and implement a partner marketing strategy for EMEA, focused on driving pipeline and revenue through Solution Partners, Distribution Partners, and Cloud Partners.
  • Manage the regional partner budget and Marketing Development Funds (MDF) allocation to maximize pipeline generation and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Plan and execute a mix of partner-led events, conference sponsorships, webinars, customer marketing campaigns, and outbound programs to engage the partner ecosystem.

Regional Event and Campaign Management:

  • Lead the partner-led event strategy for EMEA in collaboration with partnership, field, and event production teams.
  • Develop and oversee an annual marketing plan for key cloud partners (e.g., AWS), effectively leveraging MDF and coordinating with cloud partner marketing managers.
  • Act as the primary marketing contact across the EMEA partner ecosystem, prioritizing partner engagement based on revenue potential.

Cross-functional and Strategic Collaboration:

  • Identify opportunities to integrate partners into EMEA’s regional marketing initiatives, including campaigns and larger events.
  • Align with the global partner marketing team to advocate for EMEA needs and priorities, ensuring adequate support and resources.
  • Support global events like the Annual Global Partner Kick-Off and EMEA Partner Days.

Performance Tracking and Analysis:

  • Track, report, and analyze the effectiveness of all partner marketing activities, using data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Utilize metrics and insights to enhance partner marketing efficiencies, delivering measurable results aligned with regional goals.

Requirements

Your Experience & Skills:

  • 4+ years of experience in partner marketing, preferably within the B2B SaaS space.
  • Deep understanding of EMEA markets and regional nuances.
  • Experience working with cloud partner ecosystems, such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Microsoft Azure.
  • Proven experience in managing marketing events and budgets.
  • Strategic mindset with strong tactical execution abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in French, German, Dutch, or Swedish is advantageous
  • Experience in Benelux and Nordics is advantageous
