Your future team
You'll join a passionate, inclusive EMEA-based Partner Management team that values collaboration and regional expertise. As Senior Partner Manager, Benelux, you'll be responsible for recruiting, developing, and managing a portfolio of strategic Partners to grow Atlassian's presence and market share across the Benelux region - helping shape the local tech ecosystem as we redefine how software is built and delivered.
In this role you will
Take ownership of complex partner portfolios and regional go-to-market strategies through an "Enable and Co-Sell" approach. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to partner, by guiding their transformation to services-led business models and collaborating cross-functionally to drive measurable business impact.
  • Manage and grow strategic partner relationships across Benelux, driving subscription sales through new and existing partners
  • Lead regional initiatives including collaboration with local subsidiaries of Atlassian's GSIs and strategic SIs
  • Drive partner transformation from license-heavy to services-led models, enabling co-sell motions with Atlassian's sales teams
  • Identify, recruit, and enable new partners to grow the customer community and amplify Atlassian's market presence
  • Own pipeline management, forecasting, and regional MDF allocation
  • Collaborate with Partner Solutions Architects, enablement, sales, and programs to co-develop and bring partner solutions to market
  • Deliver executive-level presentations and serve as an escalation point for partners and internal teams

Your background
Extensive enterprise SaaS experience in partner management and solution sales across Cloud, ITSM, DevOps, and Agile - guided by an "Enable and Co-Sell" philosophy.
  • Proven success recruiting, enabling, and expanding strategic partner relationships, including co-sell motions with GSIs and large global partners
  • Deep knowledge of the Benelux partner landscape with ability to drive regional strategy and growth; Dutch speaking required
  • Experienced strategic advisor to Partner Principals through business planning and transformation; recognised tactical resource for Partner Account Teams in the field
  • Exceptional communicator who influences executive stakeholders and builds consensus at all levels
  • Strong analytical skills to navigate complex partner ecosystems
  • Strategic thinker balancing long-term vision with immediate priorities-self-motivated, organised, and operating with integrity
  • Partners genuinely enjoy building business plans with you-because you understand their culture, needs, and how to rewrite the playbook
