Senior Partner Management Specialist – 12 Month FTC


Purpose

Shape, negotiate and deliver strategic partnerships that enable Arqiva's long-term growth ambitions. Working closely with Product, Technology and Commercial teams, the role is responsible for identifying new partnership opportunities, developing joint business plans and building a high-performing partner ecosystem. Through strong relationship management, commercial negotiation and strategic thinking, the role will help drive product innovation, market expansion and the successful delivery of new solutions into the utilities sector.

Hybrid working model, ideally within commutable distance to London / Winchester

Accountabilities 

 • Shapes and evolves a strategic vision with 1 or more strategic partner/s, aligned to Arqiva's vision and business objectives 

• Develop and manage strategic partnerships that support the expansion of Arqiva's managed sensors products and services into new markets, including the UK water sector.

• Develops, interlocks and implements a roadmap with strategic partner/s to execute the vision, including joint sales, marketing, product and service innovation plans and targets with 

strategic partners 

• Oversees day to day sales, marketing, product & service relationship & performance with strategic partner/s, including providing a thin layer of single point accountability for all sales, 

marketing, product targets and product launches with partners 

• Negotiates contracts, contractual terms, rebates, Arqiva investment with partner and partner product / marketing funds for Arqiva 

• Sets and executes partner governance to ensure a strong and highly co-ordinated engagement with partners, including Arqiva-partner CEO/Exco engagement 

• Drive internal Arqiva and partner performance improvement initiatives to improve performance and overall relationship quality, including to optimise partner cost base 

• Represent the partner internally, to align our sector, portfolio, technology strategies and roadmaps with partner vision and roadmaps, and to drive knowledge sharing/ training plans 

within Arqiva and in the partner teams 

• Accountable for establishing and maintaining strategic partner relationships that drive alignment to Arqiva's vision and deliver agreed revenue growth commitments 

• Accountable for delivering partner cost saving targets.

Knowledge & Experience

 • Substantial experience in management of complex, strategic partners critical at a BU/company level 

• Proven ability to set a vision with a strategic partner and to develop and implement plans to deliver partner vision 

• Substantial experience of product management in a B2B technology environment 

• Demonstrated ability to innovate with partners and deliver products that meet the needs of target markets 

• Experience within the water, utilities, IoT, telemetry, sensing, smart infrastructure or smart metering sectors is highly desirable.

• Qualifications: a degree (or equivalent experience) in Product Management, Business or a related field is advantageous.
