Provides confidential, comprehensive executive and personal assistance to the CFO, managing diaries, inboxes, travel, meetings, board papers, presentations, expenses, governance, and stakeholder communications. Acts as a trusted liaison across the Executive and Finance Leadership Teams, improves executive effectiveness, supports events and administrative networks, and coaches administrative coordinators.

Maintains, supports, enhances, and leads the lifecycle management of critical IP network infrastructure. Responsibilities include fault resolution, planned maintenance, network upgrades, project delivery, service transition, testing, documentation, supplier supervision, network design updates, continuous improvement, and technical mentoring. The role requires expertise in complex always-on networks, routing protocols, MPLS, multicast, Cisco platforms, QoS, data center technologies, security devices, AWS, and automation.

Lead end-to-end commercial management of major contracts: negotiate and draft terms, manage in-life performance, ensure compliance, mitigate risks, identify upsell/variation opportunities, align with finance and legal, and drive continuous improvement across stakeholders.

Lead treasury strategy and execution, manage cash, liquidity, corporate debt, hedging and derivatives, banking and investor relationships, covenant compliance, and provide strategic advice to the CFO and Board while developing the treasury team and controls.

Manage complex strategic partnerships supporting Arqiva’s managed sensor products and utilities-sector expansion. Develop joint business plans, product and market roadmaps, governance structures, and revenue commitments. Lead partner negotiations, contracts, rebates, marketing funds, performance improvement, cost savings, and relationship management across sales, marketing, product, and technology teams. Represent partner needs internally while driving innovation, product launches, market expansion, and alignment between partner and Arqiva strategies.

Lead category procurement activities including market and supplier analysis, RFP/RFQ/RFI management, commercial and contract negotiation, supplier performance and risk management, delivery of cost savings, stakeholder engagement, and implementation of procurement process and sustainability improvements.

The Head of Pre-Sales will lead technical vision and strategy in media, broadcast, and cloud solutions, managing a high-performing team and ensuring alignment with customer and company objectives.

Manage end-to-end commercial processes for broadcast, digital audio and media customers, delivering high-quality bids, RFP responses, priced offers and contracts. Collaborate with sales, finance, legal, product and operations, ensure governance, accuracy of commercial models, and protect commercial value across deals from £100K to £30M.

Lead business development for Arqiva's digital radio and audio portfolio: acquire new customers and partners, drive cross-sell/up-sell, manage pipeline and forecasting, collaborate with product and marketing, mentor the BD team, negotiate commercial contracts, support onboarding, and report revenue and risks to senior management.

Perform planned maintenance, testing and measurements on networks and RF systems; implement upgrades, respond to faults, and supervise contractors. Provide technical advice for projects, maintain records, ensure regulatory compliance and safety, and support service transition and continuous improvement.
