Provides senior legal advice on commercial, corporate, regulatory, governance, and compliance matters. Leads contract negotiations, manages external counsel, supports disputes and audits, advises on legislative changes, and develops legal policies and risk mitigation plans. The role partners with senior stakeholders, regulators, and industry bodies, delivers internal legal training, and mentors junior lawyers while balancing legal risk with commercial objectives.

Maintains, supports, enhances, and leads the lifecycle management of critical IP network infrastructure. Responsibilities include fault resolution, planned maintenance, network upgrades, project delivery, service transition, testing, documentation, supplier supervision, network design updates, continuous improvement, and technical mentoring. The role requires expertise in complex always-on networks, routing protocols, MPLS, multicast, Cisco platforms, QoS, data center technologies, security devices, AWS, and automation.

Lead end-to-end commercial management of major contracts: negotiate and draft terms, manage in-life performance, ensure compliance, mitigate risks, identify upsell/variation opportunities, align with finance and legal, and drive continuous improvement across stakeholders.
