As Group Finance Director, you will lead financial strategy, oversee reporting, compliance, and tax management while fostering a high-performance culture across the finance operation.

Lead treasury strategy and execution, manage cash, liquidity, corporate debt, hedging and derivatives, banking and investor relationships, covenant compliance, and provide strategic advice to the CFO and Board while developing the treasury team and controls.

Provide first line maintenance for common issues within the Transmission network, ensuring service levels are met and supporting project work. Responsibilities include fault diagnosis, planned maintenance, technical advice, record keeping, and customer engagement.
