Lead treasury strategy and execution, manage cash, liquidity, corporate debt, hedging and derivatives, banking and investor relationships, covenant compliance, and provide strategic advice to the CFO and Board while developing the treasury team and controls.

Manage end-to-end commercial processes for broadcast, digital audio and media customers, delivering high-quality bids, RFP responses, priced offers and contracts. Collaborate with sales, finance, legal, product and operations, ensure governance, accuracy of commercial models, and protect commercial value across deals from £100K to £30M.

Lead business development for Arqiva's digital radio and audio portfolio: acquire new customers and partners, drive cross-sell/up-sell, manage pipeline and forecasting, collaborate with product and marketing, mentor the BD team, negotiate commercial contracts, support onboarding, and report revenue and risks to senior management.
