- Support the development and execution of acquisition marketing strategies across EMEA, aligned to business objectives and market needs.
- Collaborate with regional stakeholders, sales teams and the Global Panel team to deliver recruitment plans and drive panel growth.
- Manage and optimise paid acquisition channels including paid search, paid social, affiliate marketing, co-registration programmes, SEO and referral programmes.
- Lead performance tracking and attribution best practices to ensure accurate measurement of campaign and partner performance.
- Partner with agency, product, engineering and analytics teams to improve acquisition tracking, measurement and reporting capabilities.
- Analyse campaign and attribution data to identify optimisation opportunities, improve ROI and inform investment decisions.
- Monitor campaign performance, focusing on cost efficiency, lead quality, conversion rates and long-term engagement.
- Manage affiliate programmes and strategic acquisition partnerships across multiple EMEA markets.
- Identify, test and scale new acquisition partners and marketing channels.
- Support supplier evaluations, contract negotiations and ongoing vendor performance management.
- Manage acquisition budgets, forecasting volumes and tracking performance against agreed targets.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to optimise landing pages, creative assets and user journeys that improve conversion rates.
- Drive a culture of testing, innovation and continuous improvement, identifying new opportunities to enhance acquisition performance and efficiency.
- Experience managing multi-channel digital acquisition or performance marketing campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of paid search, paid social, affiliate marketing and customer acquisition strategies.
- Experience with marketing attribution, conversion tracking and performance measurement frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) and familiarity with server-side tagging and server-to-server integration concepts.
- Experience working with affiliate tracking platforms such as Tune/HasOffers is desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large data sets and convert insights into action.
- Experience using reporting and data visualisation tools to communicate performance trends and business impact.
- Strong commercial awareness and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Experience managing budgets, forecasting performance and optimising marketing investments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- A degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
