About Kyra

Kyra is an enterprise influencer marketing platform working with brands like SharkNinja, Coach, H&M, Ray-Ban, and Converse. Our platform manages the full lifecycle — creator discovery, campaign management, content review, payments, analytics, and AI-powered intelligence across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

About the role

Paid amplification is how our creator work reaches beyond organic. This role sits alongside our Director of Paid Strategy and owns the performance of paid campaigns across our client portfolio — planning them, running them, and being the person in the room who can explain what the numbers mean. You'll also be the senior voice in the paid team, setting the standard for how we test and how we report, and bringing a Paid Media Executive up to speed as the team grows. Six months in, our clients should be getting sharper recommendations and our optimisation decisions should be faster and better evidenced than they are today.

What you'll do
  • Own the planning, activation, and optimisation of paid campaigns across TikTok and Meta, with YouTube in the mix — from media plan through to post-campaign readout

  • Run a genuine test-and-learn programme against client KPIs: form the hypothesis, structure the test, act on the result, and write down what we learned so the next campaign starts further ahead

  • Manage budgets of $1M+ and make the call on where spend moves, with the analysis to justify it

  • Present performance to clients directly — regular reporting plus the data-led recommendations that come with it

  • Mentor a Paid Media Executive, and set the templates, naming conventions, and QA habits the whole paid team works to

  • Partner with our strategy and creative production teams so paid and creator work are planned together, not bolted on

  • Track platform and channel changes and tell us what to do differently because of them

What you'll bring
  • 5+ years in digital paid media, in-house or agency-side, with deep hands-on ownership of TikTok and Meta

  • AI Savvy, experience using AI in your workflow (Claude preferred).

  • A track record of improving campaign performance through analysis you did yourself — you can walk us through a specific example

  • Experience managing paid budgets of $1M+ and being accountable for the outcome

  • High proficiency in Excel and strong numeracy — you're comfortable being the person who checks the maths

  • The judgement to make a call that affects client performance and defend it clearly

  • Real attention to detail on the administrative side: reporting accuracy, budget tracking, and campaign hygiene

  • Comfort working with clients and teams across multiple countries and time zones

Nice to have
  • Experience mentoring or line-managing a junior paid media hire

  • Background working directly with creators or on creator-led paid social

  • Comfort with SQL or a BI tool for cutting your own performance data

How we hire

A 30-minute intro call with our recruiter, a conversation with the hiring manager, and a panel with 2-3 people from the team you'd be working with. We share feedback within 5 working days at each stage. We tell you what we're paying upfront — no salary games.

AI is core to how we operate. Use it to elevate your work. But everything in your application should reflect your own judgement and experience.
