We are seeking a Senior Operations FP&A Analyst to partner with various operations team.

This is an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of our operational success, where your financial acumen will directly influence and shape the efficiency of our global supply chain. As a pivotal finance partner, you'll embed yourself within our servicing and logistics departments across three international sites, transforming raw operational data into actionable insights. From mastering inventory integrity and standard costing to identifying critical cost-saving opportunities, your work will directly impact performance measurement, cost control, and drive significant improvements across the business. How will you make an impact?

  • Financial process improvement and reporting

  • Track inventory levels / valuation and manages reconciliation

  • Improve reporting processes and automate recurring analysis

  • Support key projects within operations contributing to financial performance improvement

  • Covers under Operations, our servicing and logistic department across 3 international sites.

  • Identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities and translate them into actionable recommendations.

  • Perform standard costing and variance analysis (price, volume, mix, efficiency)

  • Prepare operational reporting, accruals and reconciliations on key KPIs vs budget

How will you experience success with us

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in operational controlling, manufacturing finance, or plant/cost controlling.

  • Strong grasp of standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory / margin movements.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business narrative.

  • Advanced skills in Excel (complex modelling, pivot tables, macros/VBA a plus) and BI tools (Metabase, Tableau or similar)

  • Experience with SAP FICO is a plus

Preferred / Similar Backgrounds

  • Cost accounting or product costing roles.

  • Supply chain finance or logistics controlling.

  • Commercial/business analyst roles within an industrial or production environment.
