As the first Senior Operations Associate, you will be the Head of Operations' right hand, building the foundational systems for a team set to triple in size. You'll own end-to-end execution across People, Finance, and Legal, transitioning from manual workflows to scalable processes for this high-growth B2B SaaS leader.

What you will do:
Execute and scale core People Operations including onboarding, payroll, HRIS management, and high-impact culture initiatives like quarterly offsites.
Manage Finance and Legal workflows, overseeing AP/AR processes, budget tracking, contract coordination, and critical compliance projects like SOC 2.
Act as a versatile internal operator, taking ownership of strategic special projects and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations in Shoreditch.
The ideal candidate:
2–5 years of hands-on experience in operations, people ops, or finance within a fast-growing tech startup or scale-up environment.
Proven track record of building and improving processes from scratch rather than just following existing playbooks in structured environments.
Highly autonomous operator with the rigour to handle administrative details and the judgment to partner with senior leadership on strategic growth.
