We are looking for a highly motivated Client Partner to function as the commercial lead for a portfolio of strategic key accounts. In this role, you are directly responsible for driving revenue growth and achieving expansion targets within your book of business.

As a pioneer of the AI-powered ad tech industry, you will offer innovative solutions and build trust-based relationships with large advertisers by delivering strategic and measurable impact. As brands transition to automated, AI-driven workflows, you will ensure our clients maximize our platform's capabilities to achieve peak operational efficiency without sacrificing the creative excellence and authentic brand connections that resonate with consumers.

As a Client Partner at Smartly, you will...

  • Own and achieve a revenue growth goal, focusing on strategic expansion through the increased adoption of platform capabilities, products, and services that align with your customers' broader business objectives.
  • Lead the end-to-end commercial strategy for your accounts, ensuring robust opportunity identification and the operational discipline required for precise revenue forecasting.
  • Cultivate multi-threaded relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers, navigating complex organizational structures to build broad-based advocacy for Smartly.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional efforts to align internal stakeholders around key customer initiatives and ensure the delivery of unified solutions.
  • Establish a continuous feedback loop by synthesizing customer needs and market trends to influence internal product roadmaps and business strategy.
  • Partner with customers to remove operational friction through the implementation of unified workflows.
  • Partner closely with Customer Success Managers to co-author strategic account plans and ensure the seamless delivery of best-in-class service across all customer initiatives.
  • Lead high-level collaboration across the full spectrum of account stakeholders including clients, agencies, platforms, and data partners.
  • Operate with a growth mindset by proactively identifying new value-creation opportunities to accelerate commercial success.
We're definitely looking for you if you…
  • 5+ years of experience in the SaaS, ad platform, or ad tech space with demonstrated success managing strategic key accounts.
  • A proven record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
  • A natural leadership ability and a passion for rallying cross-functional teams around a shared vision.
  • A curiosity and drive to partner with customers to solve their most complex business challenges through the strategic application of technology and AI.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage confidently with C-level decision-makers.
  • A high degree of product curiosity and the agility to master an expansive, ever-evolving suite of capabilities.
  • The ability to collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams (product, marketing, engineering, customer success, etc.).
